Pittsburgh, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's soccer team secured a huge conference win with a 4-0 victory over La Roche on the road on Wednesday afternoon.

Kiera Bills scored after Megan Parker tapped her a pass off of a corner kick with just over three minutes remaining in the opening half. The game remained 1-0 until Olivia Woodley broke free for a breakaway with 27:32 to play in the second half.

Tracey Ecklund made it a 3-0 game as she knocked in a cross from Jorden Eutsey with 15 minutes to go, and Woodley closed the scoring with 7:51 to play on another breakaway opportunity.

The Mounties outshot the home team 15-11, as goalkeeper Zara Apakoh registered the shutout while making six saves.

The Mounties are back in action on Saturday with a home game against Medaille College.
