Pheonixville, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's soccer team got back on the winning track with a 10-0 victory over Valley Forge Christian College on Saturday afternoon.

Elizabeth Josephson scored two goals in the opening eight minutes and finished the game with a hat trick. Megan Parker and Olivia Woodley each added two goals and two assists, and Tess Drenning, Shelby Anderson and Jorden Eutsey all scored one goal apiece.

Zara Apakoh, Kristin James and Alyssa Wills shared the shutout. Wills stopped a penalty kick attempt in the opening moments of the second half to preserve the Mount's second shutout of the season.

The Mounties outshot the host Patriots by a margin of 45-2.

Mount Aloysius now has a week off before opening up conference play next Saturday at Hilbert College.
