Cresson, PA - The Mount Aloysius softball team won their fifth and sixth games in a row with a doubleheader sweep of Geneva on Thursday afternoon, as the Mounties defeated the visitors by scores of 7-1 and 7-0 in the non-conference matchup.

Kelsey Ickes and Heather Picard recorded the victories in the two games. 

The Mounties have now won their last six contests by a combined score of 54-3 while recording three shutouts.

Mount Aloysius returns to action on Saturday with an AMCC doubleheader on the road against Penn State Behrend.
