Johnstown, PA - The Mount Aloysius men's and women's cross country teams concluded their 2016 seasons on Sunday at the AMCC Championships at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.

The Mountie women finished the day in sixth place overall as a team. Lauren Shrader had a strong day as she finished in 19th place among all individuals with a time of 28:49, and Cynthia Santoyo was next in line with a 30th-place finish and final time of 31:13. Rounding out the top three for the Mountie women was Danielle Pompa with a 33rd-place finish and time of 31:28.

The Mountie men ended the competition in eighth place overall. Michael Haluska had the best showing for the Mounties with a 48th-place finish with a final time of 41:29.
