LATROBE, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Men's Golf team finished up a busy four days, on Monday, when they traveled to Arnold Palmer's Latrobe Country Club for the Saint Vincent Bearcat Invitational.
As the only non-Presidents' Athletic Conference School in the field, the Mounties finished fifth out of the eight teams in the event, shooting a team score of 349. Westminster won the event with a 308, led by medalist Jonny Stuckert, who also won the recent Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic, as he shot a 71 on Monday.
Aloysius Lee (Puchong, Malaysia, SMK Taman S.E.A)Â led the Mounties with an 82, that had him in a tie for 12th place on the day. He was followed up byÂ
Brian Walwro (Colver, PA, Central Cambria) shooting an 87 andÂ
Luke Melisko (Sewickley, PA, Quaker Valley) firing an 88. They finished 22nd and tied for 23rd, respectively.Â
Tanner Fogel (Ashville, PA, Penn Cambria) rounded out the top four scores with a 92.
 and each competed as individuals for the Mounties, in the event.
Mount Aloysius will return to action, this next weekend, as they travel to play in the Allegheny College Invitational at The Country Club of Meadville, on Sunday and Monday.
