BRADFORD, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Men's Golf team began their 2021 campaign, on Saturday. They produced a team score of 321, for a solid fifth place finish at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational, held at The Pennhills Club in Bradford.

Nate Hryn (Curwensville, PA, Curwensville) and Aloysius Lee (Puchong, Malaysia, SMK Taman S.E.A) both produced 79s, to lead Mount Aloysius. The score of 79 put them both in a tie for 13th place, individually.

Tanner Fogel (Ashville, PA, Penn Cambria) shot an 80, good enough to finish him in a tie for 22nd, while freshman, Landon Smith (Vestal, NY, Vestal), rounded out the four counting scores for the Mounties, with an 82.

Mount Aloysius will return to action, when they co-host the Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic with Penn State Altoona, on September 17 and 18. Day one of competition will be held at Sinking Valley Country Club, while day two will be held at Summit Country Club, in Cresson.
