Bradford, Pa. -- Mount Aloysius men's and women's soccer team each saw impressive offensive output in Saturday's victories over Pitt-Bradford.
Women's Game
How It Happened:
- Mount Aloysius came out of the gate firing, shooting within the first two minutes of the contest.
- Thirteen Mountie shot attempts preceded
Katie Figinski's (Abingdon, MD, Edgewood) 30th minute goal, opening up scoring for the visiting team.
- Figinski would repeat the feat just five minutes later, putting Mount Aloysius up 2-0 as the half came to an end.
- Unsatisfied with their lead, the Mounties poured on even more offense, shutting down any Panther offense for the half with constant possession and forward movement.
- Figinski's 53rd minute attempt earned her the hat trick, with Mount Aloysius pulling out to a 3-0 lead with over thirty minutes of action still left.
- The next nine Mountie shots would net two more goals for the team, with
Jessie Forrest (Chapel Hill, NC, Chapel Hill) and
Jordan Mason (Hagerstown, MD, St. Maria Goretti) each scoring off of
Grace O'Berry (Boonsboro, MD, Boonsboro) passes.

Amanda Price (Columbia, Pa., Hempfield) jumped into the action for Mount Aloysius deep into the game, scoring in the 84th minute before assisting
Sara Borlie (Kennett Square, Pa., Unionville) for the Mounties final goal of the game in the 87th minute, ending the proceedings 7-0 to the visitors.

- Mount Aloysius recorded 36 shot attempts for the game, with 20 on target, while Pitt-Bradford shot twice.
- The Mountie offense efficacy was also seen in corner kicks, with the visitors tallying ten for the game with the Panthers earning none.

How It Happened:
- Similar to the women's game, the Mountie men wasted no time storming into their opponent's side of the field.
- It took five minutes before
Juan Camacho (Ibaque, Colombia, San Bonifacio de las Lanzas) would score the opening Mountie goal.
- After eleven more Mount Aloysius shots, in the 25th minute,
Braden Callahan (Duncansville, Pa., Hollidaysburg) would add another to the visitor's total, with Camacho finding the back of the net again just five minutes later.
- The pace slowed from there, with each team recording a shot attempt in the final ten minutes of the half, ending the opening 45 minutes at 3-0 for the Mounties.
- Despite two Panther shots on goal, the last half was a Mountie offensive onslaught, with Camacho assisting on two of the Mounties' five goals across the second.

Ryan Peddle (Tauranga, New Zealand, Tauranga Boys' College),
Gonzalo Terricabris (Catalonia, Spain, Garbi Pere Verges), and
Lincoln Jones (Dunkirk, MD, Northern) all scored for the Mounties in the final 45, with Jones recording his first goal of the year.
