Cheyenne Kuncher joined the Mounties coaching staff in August 2019 as a volunteer assistant coach.
Kuncher was a three-year starter for the Mounties after transferring into the college in the Fall of 2016. She concluded her three-year career at the forward position ranking third in the Mountie record books with 28 career goals and 64 career points. Kuncher was a three-time AMCC All-Conference selection at striker, including back-to-back AMCC First Team All-Conference accolades in her junior and senior seasons. She scored a career-high 10 goals as a senior, including the game-winning goal in the AMCC Semifinals that advanced the Mounties to their first AMCC Championship game appearance in program history.
Hailing from Jennerstown, PA, Kuncher was a PA Soccer Coaches All-State selection at North Star High School after scoring 25 goals in her senior season. She concluded her career with 115 goals and 37 career assists in her high school career. Kuncher was a four-time All-Somerset County First Team selection, and was named the Somerset County MVP as a junior and the Somerset County Offensive MVP as a senior.
Kuncher will primarily work with the Mounties forwards in her coaching role.
