Tyler Sisler enters his second season as head coach of the Mount Aloysius College women's soccer program in 2027 after being named the Mounties' head coach in May 2025.

In his first season at the helm, Sisler guided the Mounties to a 5-8-4 overall record and a berth in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Tournament. Under his leadership, seniors Natalie Despot earned Second Team All-AMCC honors, while Maggie Cason was named to the Third Team All-AMCC.

Sisler came to Mount Aloysius from Potomac State College, where he served as head women's soccer coach beginning in 2023. In addition to leading the Catamounts on the pitch, he also held the role of Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations and Sports Information, overseeing athletic communications and external operations.

Prior to his time at Potomac State, Sisler was an assistant coach for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown men's soccer program. He also gained valuable experience in the club ranks as a coach with Allegheny Soccer Alliance, working with the organization's U-16 and U-18 teams.

Before entering the coaching profession, Sisler was a standout collegiate student-athlete. He began his playing career at Potomac State College, where he was named the institution's Male Athlete of the Year following his sophomore season before transferring to Waynesburg University. At Waynesburg, Sisler earned Second Team All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) honors in 2017 before being named a First Team All-PAC selection in 2018.

Sisler earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management from Waynesburg University in 2018. A native of Ellerslie, Maryland, he now resides in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Emily.
