Jillian Glover enters her third season as head coach of the Mount Aloysius College men's volleyball program during the 2027 campaign after being named the program's head coach on August 15, 2024.
In her first two seasons, Glover helped guide the continued growth of the Mounties' young program, leading the team to its first-ever Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Tournament appearance while mentoring the program's first First Team All-AMCC selection and multiple all-conference student-athletes. Under her leadership, the Mounties have continued to build a competitive foundation both on and off the court.
Prior to joining Mount Aloysius, Glover served as the head girls' volleyball coach at River Valley High School. She also gained coaching experience as the girls' junior varsity coach at Armstrong High School, volunteered with the boys' volleyball program at West Shamokin High School, and served as head coach for Intensity Club Volleyball, developing athletes at both the high school and club levels.
A standout player before beginning her coaching career, Glover was a five-year member of the volleyball program at PennWest Edinboro (formerly Edinboro University of Pennsylvania) from 2013-17. Prior to her collegiate career, she was a three-time All-State selection at West Shamokin High School, where she established herself as one of the top players in the state.
Glover has also competed at the semi-professional level, playing for the Steel City Surge of the Volleyball League of America.
