Louie Bez, the 2024 AMCC Offensive Player of the Year, joined the Mounties coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach in August 2026.
Bez, who came to Mount Aloysius from Bordeaux, France, assists at practices and leads the program's individual player development. He primarily works with the team's attacking players.
Bez had a storied career for the Mounties scoring 28 goals and assisting on 27 more. He ranks fourth all-time in program history for goals and second all-time in assists. In his 2024 senior season, Bez recorded 12 goals and 12 assists. Bez was a member of the 2021 and 2022 AMCC Championship Teams and the 2023 AMCC Regular Season championship team.
