Michelle Ross takes over the reins full-time this season as the Head Softball Coach at Mount Aloysius. It will be her first year as the head coach with the program since her interim bout in 2024.
Ross's past experience includes time with the 2006-2008 softball team as an assistant coach, and has been part of the local softball community for 20 years. She resides in East Freedom, PA and has been employed by Mount Aloysius College as the Athletic Department Operations Coordinator for over 20 years.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree obtained at Mount Aloysius College in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2017.
