Cresson, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's basketball team improved to 3-0 and 1-0 in AMCC play with a 58-36 victory over Penn State-Behrend on Saturday afternoon in their home arena.

Becky Bard led the Mount with 14 points and four steals, and Ali Maruca added 11 points, seven rebounds and four steals. Lauren Gross registered nine points and seven rebounds.

The Mounties held the visitors to 11-for-51 (21.6%) shooting and forced 28 turnovers.

Mount Aloysius will be back in action on Wednesday with a home contest against La Roche at 8 p.m.
