Greensburg, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's basketball team pushed their winning streak to six games with a 74-51 win over Pitt-Greensburg on the road in AMCC action on Wednesday evening.

Lindsy Sammarco put forth a great all around effort with 12 points, 11 rebounds, seven steals and four assists. Becky Bard mixed 14 points, six rebounds and five steals. Ali Maruca, Abbie Zinobile and Jamie Snedden came up big off the bench. Maruca recorded 13 points on 5-for-5 shooting. Zinobile had 10 points and Snedden registered six points and eight boards.

The Mounties, who lost 70-57 to Greensburg earlier this month, led by as much as 30 in the second half. They limited the home team to 23.1 percent shooting and forced 23 turnovers.

Mount Aloysius improves to 9-7 overall and sits at third place in conference with a 7-3 mark.
