Bradford, PA - The Mount Aloysius men's basketball team lost 84-78 to Pitt-Bradford on Saturday afternoon in AMCC action.

Davario Barksdale was the headliner for the Mounties as he put forth 19 points, 12 rebounds and four assists. Shawn Greenfield dropped in a game-high 23 points to go with six boards, and Dameon Turner added 12 points and five rebounds.

After trailing for the majority of the game, the Mounties went on a run with under five minutes to play in the second half. Down 69-55, Drew Knowles, Greenfield and Barksdale made baskets on consecutive possessins to cut the deficit to eight. Aaron Patrick cut the Bradford advantage to six with a three-point shot with 56 seconds on the clock. The Mounties cut the lead to four points on three occassions in the final minute but couldn't complete the comeback.

The Mounties drop to 10-12 overall and 7-9 in conference with the loss. They are now one game behind La Roche for the sixth seed playoff spot with two games to play for both teams.
