Box Score Cresson, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's basketball team defeated Hilbert by a score of 55-49 on Saturday afternoon in AMCC action.

Ali Maruca led the Mounties in scoring with 14 points, including a 9-for-12 showing at the free throw line. She added seven rebounds and four steals. Becky Bard was also in double figures with 11 points to go with nine rebounds and four steals. Olivia Rupp recorded nine points and six rebounds, while Abbie Zinobile came off the bench to register four points, seven rebounds and four blocks.

Though the Mounties shot just 23.3 percent for the game, they forced 23 turnovers and limited Hilbert to 29.1 percent shooting to record the close victory.

Mount Aloysius moves to 12-8 overall and 10-4 in conference with the win.
