Latrobe, PA - The Mount Aloysius baseball team fell 6-4 on the road to St. Vincent College on Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action.

The Mounties fell into a 4-0 hole through four innings before responding in the top of the sixth. Benjamin Legath singled home Brock Gladfelter, and Cory Dick drove in two more with a single to make it a 4-3 game. Down 6-3 heading into the ninth, Gladfelter produced an RBI single, but the Mounties couldn't complete the comeback.

Bryn Brown, Connor Bowie and Gladfelter all produced two hits for Mount Aloysius.

On the mound, Tyghe Bowers was handed the loss as he threw six innings while allowing four runs, although only one was earned.

The Mounties will host Gettysburg College on Saturday for a doubleheader at Point Stadium in Johnstown.
