Ebensburg, PA - In AMCC competition over the weekend, the Mount Aloysius women's tennis team lost 5-4 to Medaille College on Saturday before defeating D'Youville College 8-1 on Sunday.

On Saturday, the Mounties won four of the six singles matchups as Laura Stahli, Leah Stoehr, Afton Dunkle and Danielle Walsh recorded singles victories. However, the Mounties dropped all three doubles matches to lose 5-4.

On Sunday, Mount Aloysius got back on track with an 8-1 victory. The Mounties swept doubles play 3-0 on their way to their second conference win.

With the conference split, the Mounties now stand at 2-3 in conference play with two conference matches remaining. The team returns to action on Saturday with a conference match at Pitt-Greensburg.
