Cresson, PA The Mount Aloysius Lady Mounties volleyball team faced the St. Vincent College Bearcats on Tuesday, September 22nd. It was a close, evenly matched game but the Lady Mounties could not hold the edge over the Bearcats. The home team lost 3-1. 

The Lady Mounties were led offensively by both Lindsey Mercer and Elizabeth Yacobucci; each putting up 11 kills. Megan Ruddock controlled the net with five blocks. Brenna Wright led the defense with 26 digs. Jordan DeMasi dished out 17 assists and Katie Reed dished out 16.

The Lady Mounties head next to Waynesburg University on Thursday, September 14th at 7 p.m.
