Ebensburg, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's tennis team had a busy weekend as the Mounties competed in three matches. After falling to Pitt-Greensburg in a tightly contested 6-3 affair on Friday evening, the Mounties responded with back-to-back victories on Saturday and Sunday over Medaille (7-2 victory) and D'Youville (8-1) victory.
Ericka Klavuhn and
Katelynn Arnold both had perfect weekends as each went 3-0 in singles play, and the duo teamed up to go 3-0 in doubles play for the Mounties. The two were responsible for each of the three matches won against Pitt-Greensburg, then Klavuhn and Arnold helped Mount Aloysius win two in a row against AMCC competition.
The Mounties now stand at 4-4 overall and 3-3 in conference play. They are currently in fourth place in the AMCC standings.
