Buffalo, NY - The Mount Aloysius men's basketball team suffered a setback to host Medaille College on Saturday afternoon as the Mavericks raced past the Mounties by a final score of 112-50.

The Mounties only managed to shoot 29.7 percent from the floor and committed 24 turnovers, while Medaille was able to shoot 50 percent from the field while only having 14 turnovers. Medaille also outrebounded Mount Aloysius by a 59-35 margin.

Brian Reams led the Mounties in the scoring department with 12 points on the strength of 3-for-5 shooting from behind the three-point arc. Tre Brown managed six points and five assists, and Troy Williams scored six points while grabbing six rebounds.

The Mounties fall to 2-4 in conference play and will return to the court Wednesday evening with a home matchup against Penn State Altoona at 8 p.m.
