Cresson, PA - On Wednesday, October 11th the Lady Mounties hosted the Franciscan University Barons. This was a special night for the campus, as it was the annual Pink Out Game. The Mounties fought hard winning the first 2 matches, 25-23 and 25-20, but ultimately the Barons went home with a win as they won the next 3 sets, 24-26, 18-25, and 12-15.

For the Mounties, Sarah Fisher led the offense with 15 kills while Ava Myers contributed 11 kills. Jessica Bressler added 26 assists while Kylee Clawson had 37 digs.

Although the Mounties lost, it was an exciting night. For this special event, t-shirts were sold and there was a large basket raffle. Also, a local dance group came and performed a song dedicated to breast cancer survivors. Overall, over $3,000 was raised and was donated to ­­the Windber Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center.
