Ebensburg, Pa. — The Mount Aloysius College women's tennis team defeated Bethany College with a final score of 7-2. The Lady Mounties only dropped one singles and doubles match.

Emily Goldyn and Joselyn Walters won their top seeded doubles match 8-1. Katelynn Arnold and Mackenzie Roush shutout their opponents with a final doubles score of 8-0.

Goldyn lost a tough singles match, but her teammates rallied and deafeated each of their opponents. Walters won in impressive fashion with scores of 6-0, 6-1.

Arnold secured a victory and finished the matches at 6-1, 6-2. Roush also finished the day with two victories.

Alexis Brisko and Maggie Willason each won their singles matches.

The Lady Mounties are back in action on October 17th against Juniata College.
