Cresson, PA - The Mount Aloysius women's basketball team won their fourth straight game and improved to 3-0 in conference play with a 85-71 victory over conference opponent Penn State Behrend on Saturday.

Jessa Wright led the Mounties with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Wright shot 5-for-7 from three point range and added four assists and three steals. Abby Kulick scored 15 points on 6-for-8 shooting from the field and grabbed six rebounds to go along with three steals. Kara Cordell added 13 points for Mount Aloysius while point guard Alexia Servello dished a game-high six assists.

The Mounties recorded 16 steals while forcing 26 Behrend turnovers on the defensive end. Offensively, Mount Aloysius had a significant advantage behind the three-point arc as they shot 12-for-23 (52.2 percent) while Behrend shot 7-for-19 (36.8 percent) from distance.

The Mounties are now 5-2 overall and will return to the court Tuesday with a 6 p.m. home matchup against non-conference opponent Bethany College.
