The Mounties would put three more shots on goal the rest of the first half, but all three were stopped by the UPB goalkeeper.

In the 56th minute, Katie Mirance (Chesapeake, VA, Great Bridge) got a pass from Maddie Doyle (Abington, PA, Abington), where she was able to get the ball over the keeper and into the net for the Mounties' second goal of the day.
