Huntingdon, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Lacrosse team traveled to Juniata College on Wednesday night for their first road matchup of the 2020 season. They struggled in the defeat, falling to the Eagles, 20-2.

Freshman Maddie Waite (New Oxford, PA, New Oxford) scored the two Mountie goals on the day, bringing her season total to 12.

The Mounties were outshot by Juniata, 39-7. Juniata also owned advantages in Free Position Shots and Draw Controls.

Mount Aloysius goalkeeper Jaden Hood (Huntingdon, PA, Huntingdon) made a game-high, 10 saves, in goal.

After a weekend off, the Mounties will get back into action on Tuesday, when they host Chatham. The game will begin at 7 PM.
