CRESSON, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Women's Soccer team improved to 2-1 in AMCC play, this season, with a 4-0 win over Hilbert on Saturday afternoon. It is the team's second straight win.

Kourtney Walls (Salix, PA, Forest Hills) scored twice, to increase her team lead in goals, with seven on the season. She also had an assist.

- Hilbert goalkeeper, Haylee Jozwiak, led the game with five saves.
How It Happened
- Mount Aloysius peppered the Hilbert goalie with five total shots over the first part of the game, two of them saved, over the first 20 minutes.

Johnna Adams (Lancaster, PA, Hempfield) broke the scoring open for the Mounties as she scored her third goal of the season, on a shot from outside the box that ended up in the upper left corner of the net. 1-0 Mounties.
- Walls connected on the next Mountie shot, in the 34th minute, when she got a pass from Miller and took a few steps firing a shot over Jozwiak, giving the home team a 2-0 lead.
- After heading into the half, 2-0,Â
Cayla Aquino (New Oxford, PA, Delone Catholic) scored the third goal of the game when she got a pass from Walls and slipped it past the goalie. The goal was Aquino's second of the season.
- DeBerry found Walls, just under three minutes later, for the team's fourth and final goal of the day. The pass was just into the box, where Walls was able to get off a quick shot and score for the second time.
- Neither team had a shot on goal, over the final 20-plus minutes, ending the contest at 4-0.

- Mount Aloysius had more opportunities over the entire day. They had a 25-1 advantage in shots. They also had a 14-1 advantage in corner kicks.
