CRESSON, Pa. -- In a choppy game of 49 total fouls, visiting Washington and Jefferson College outlasted the Mount Aloysius men's basketball team, 79-65, on Monday afternoon.

De'Von Haggans (Harrisburg, PA, Central Dauphin) earned a double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds, and he also added three assists.

Enoch Quarcoo (Eastbourne, England) also achieved a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds, converting 9-of-13 free throws.
How It Happened
- The first half was dominated by Washington and Jefferson as it finished with a 42-22 lead. Quarcoo did contribute ten points for the Mounties during th half, including going a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line.
- The Mounties, however, made a push at the beginning of the second half, cutting the difference to 11 points, 42-31. In the next few minutes, the Mounties stayed within reach and were only down by 12, 53-41.
- The Mounties continued to battle but ultimately could not claw their way back, falling 79-65.
