CRESSON, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius women's soccer team held off the top team in the conference, Pitt-Greensburg, for the first period, but ultimately fell 4-0 on Tuesday night at Walker Athletic Complex.

How It Happened
- Mount Aloysius played strong defense in the first half, led by four saves from Patten, holding Pitt-Greensburg scoreless, but it was unable to make any inroads on offense.
- With the score tied at 0-0, Pitt-Greensburg continued to attack and found the goal at the 52:29 mark to make it 1-0. Then, beginning at the 79th minute, Pitt-Greensburg scored three goals rapidly in a span of six minutes to give it a 4-0 lead, which would be the final score. Pitt-Greensburg maintains a perfect record in the AMCC conference, while the Mounties move to an AMCC record of 1-4-2 and 2-14-2 overall.
