CRESSON, Pa. -- Last week, the United East Conference released their annual All-Conference awards for Women's Lacrosse. Mount Aloysius had two members recognized, with one being named to each, First and Second team.

Fr. Jordan Mason (Hagerstown, Md. / St. Maria Goretti) was named to the United East All-Conference First Team, on defense. The selection is Mason's first of her career. Mason led the Mounties in caused turnovers and ground balls, as well as being tops in the United East in caused turnovers. She came on strong in her second year with the team, playing a huge role on defense. Offensively, Mason also added 14 goals and five assists.

Fr. Katie Figinski (Abingdon, Md. / Edgewood) was selected to the All-United East Second Team, at the attack position. Figinski led the Mounties in all offensive categories, with 33 goals and 11 assists, giving her 44 points on the season. She also led the team with 61 draw controls. A major highlight for Figinski this season, came against La Roche, where she scored a career-high eight goals, which also helped earn her Offensive Player of the Week honors. This is Figinski's second All-United East recognition, as she was named to the First Team in 2021.

Mount Aloysius finished the season with a 4-10 overall record, going 2-4 in United East play and just missing out on the United East Tournament.
