- Set number two began similarly, as the Phoenix started out better and got an 8-6 lead. Mount Aloysius then went on a 10-2 run, gaining control of the set. The Mounties would hold on to the lead, with Wilson only getting as close as three points, before the set ended, 25-18.
- Each team had their own set of runs in the third set, as it was much more back-and-forth. The biggest Mountie lead was six points, but they held on to win the third and final set, 25-21.
