Juan Camacho (Ibaque, Colombia, San Bonifacio de las Lanzas) earned the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Offensive Co-Player of the Year honor following his 2023 output for Mount Aloysius men's soccer, also being placed on the first team for AMCC All-Conference honors. Camacho's thirteen goals in AMCC play was the second most by any player, while adding a conference-high fourteen assists. Camacho has previously been named first team All-Conference in 2021, and second team All-Conference in 2022. Nine other Mounties also earned All-Conference recognition.
Forward
Louis Bez (Bordeaux, France, Lycée Sainte-Marie de la Bastide) was named first team All-Conference. Bez's 29 points in AMCC play was good for fourth overall in the conference, while his nine assists were second only to Camacho. This was Bez's first All-Conference award.
Midfielder
Luke Traynor (London, England, Woodhouse College) was named first team All-Conference. Traynor tallied three goals and three assists in conference play this season, his best offensive output across his three year Mountie career. This was Traynor's first All-Conference award.
Defender
Ryan Peddle (Tauranga, New Zealand, Tauranga Boys' College) was named first team All-Conference. Peddle helped anchor a Mountie defense that recorded six shut outs in conference play while also recording one goal and two assists against AMCC competition. This was Peddle's first All-Conference award.
Midfielder
Sean Barrant (Portmore, Jamaica, Jonathan Grant), defender
Manuel Prats (Madrid, Spain, International School of Madrid) and goalkeeper
Luke Priestley (Edlesborough, England, Aylesbury Grammar School) were named second team All-Conference. Barrant had four goals and four assists in conference play, earning a spot as the fourth highest point earner for Mount Aloysius. This was Barrant's second consecutive All-Conference second team selection. Prats had one goal for the Mounties in AMCC play, and earned his first All-Conference award. Priestley recorded a AMCC leading save percentage of .836, while sitting second on the goals against leaderboard. This was Priestley's third consecutive All-Conference second team award.
Forward
Gonzalo Terricabris (Catalonia, Spain, Garbi Pere Verges), midfielder
Daniel Irujo (Pamplona, Spain, Sagrado Corazon), and defender
Curtis Brewer (Bethlehem, PA, Freedom High School) earned third team All-Conference honors. Terricabris's inaugural Mountie season saw him take third on the team in goals scored with seven, adding an assist along the way. This was Terricabris's first All-Conference award. Irujo picked up a goal in AMCC play while doubling his minutes played from last season, also earning his first career All-Conference award. Brewer earned his third consecutive All-Conference third team award for his contributions to the Mountie backfield, while also scoring two goals in conference play.
