Cresson, Pa. -- Mount Aloysius overcame an early deficit to defeat Lancaster Bible on Saturday, capturing the three seed for the upcoming postseason.

How It Happened
- Lancaster Bible opened the scoring for the game, putting one in after three minutes of play. The Mounties would respond instantly, with Figinski scoring in the following 11 seconds. A scoreless five minutes passed before Lancaster Bible was able to score again, which the Mounties were unable to answer in the remaining six minutes of the quarter, going into the second with Lancaster Bible leading 2-1.
- The second quarter saw a frenetic scoring pace, as the teams traded two goals each within a minute of the other scoring. Refocusing the defensive efforts while maintaining the offensive aggression, the Mounties were able to settle in to the quarter, going on a three goal run in the final nine minutes of the half to take the lead, 6-5.
- The third quarter was evocative of the second, with an early Mountie goal being answered in quick succession with two Lancaster Bible scores. Tied at 7-7, the Mounties would once again find control of the latter half of the quarter, outscoring their opponents 4-1 in the final eight minutes of the third.
- Entering the fourth down 8-11, Lancaster made an early move, scoring barely a minute into the quarter. Mount Aloysius was undeterred, putting in two of their own in response before sealing up their defensive efforts, holding Lancaster scoreless for the remaining 14 minutes of the quarter to take the win 13-9.
