CRESSON, Pa. -- Early scoring from both teams was matched with effective late-game defending when Mount Aloysius women's soccer hosted Penn College on Friday, September 1st.

How It Happened
- It was the visiting Wildcats who opened the scoring, putting one past the Mountie defense with just 1:21 off of the first half clock.
- Wasting little time to respond, an O'Berry corner kick set up Despot for the first Mountie goal just five minutes later.
- Building on the momentum, Despot would score again just six minutes later, putting the Mounties up 2-1 with just 13 minutes off the clock.
- Penn College's 27th minute answer leveled the game, and a scoreless second half saw the result hold despite nine combined shot attempts.
