CRESSON, Pa. (Nov. 1, 2025) — Gonzalo Terricabris and Joel Martinez each scored twice as Mount Aloysius rolled past Pitt-Greensburg 4–1 on Saturday afternoon in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference quarterfinals at Kelly Field.

The Mounties (11–5–3) wasted no time getting on the board, as Gonzalo Terricabris (Catalonia, Spain, Garbi Pere Verges) netted his 12th goal of the season just 1:42 into the match. Joel Martinez (Madrid, Spain, Putnam Science Academy) doubled the lead in the 24th minute off a pass from Tanner Polcyn (Watsontown, Pa., Warrior Run), and Terricabris struck again eight minutes later to make it 3–0.

Pitt-Greensburg (7–7–5) pulled one back in the 38th minute on a goal from Matt Armenio, assisted by Brayten Sedor, trimming the deficit to 3–1 at halftime.

Mount Aloysius sealed the result in the 56th minute when Martinez tallied his second of the day, assisted by Daniel Irujo (Pamplona, Spain, Sagrado Corazon). The Mounties outshot the Bobcats 20–6 and held a 10–3 advantage in corner kicks while allowing just three shots on goal.

With the win, Mount Aloysius advances to the AMCC semifinals and will face top-seeded Penn State Behrend on Wednesday as kick-off is set for 3 PM.
