Cresson, Pa - November 17, 2025 - The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) has announced its Athletes of the Week selections in the sports of men's & women's basketball and wrestling for the period running from November 10-16, 2025.

For women's basketball, it was junior Molly Kosmack (Homer City, Pa., Homer-Center) taking home the award this week. 

Kosmack put together back-to-back strong performances on the road, averaging 17 points and 14 rebounds across two games in the Nan Nichols Classic at Wooster. She scored 16 points on 6-for-17 shooting against Wooster, to go along with 16 rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block. The junior forward followed that up by an 18-point effort on 7-for-14 shooting against Grove City, while also grabbing 12 rebounds, dishing out four more assists and adding five blocks and a steal. For the week, she averaged 17 points and 14 rebounds, while adding eight assists, four steals, and six blocks on her way to being named to the All-Tournament Team for her efforts. 

The Mounties (0-2) travel to Saint Vincent College tomorrow for a match-up with the Bearcats inside the Robert S. Carey Student Center. Tipoff will be at 5:30 PM.
