Cresson, PA- The Mount Aloysius Volleyball team picked up their 11th straight victory as the defeated Pitt-Greensburg 3-0.

The Mounties easily took each of the sets, as they won each game by at least 6 points. The Mounties had an efficient day as they hit .284 for the 3 game match. They recorded 38 kills in the match while only committing 9 errors. 

Machala Gibbons led the Mounties attack as she collected 11 kills in the match. Middle hitter Sarah Fisher finished just behind with 9 of her own. Fisher finished the match with a .438 hitting percentage as she reached her 9 kills on just 16 attacks. Emma Pevarnik led the Mounties in assists as she dished out 15, while Jessica Bressler finished just behind on 14. Kylee Clawson collected 16 digs. Those digs put her at 995 for her career as a Mountie. 

The Mounties (16-8, 7-0) will host the AMCC match of the week on Saturday as they host the second place Mounties. The winner of the match will likely clinch the top seed in the AMCC tournament.
