Cresson -- The Mount Aloysius Men's Basketball team picked up a vital AMCC conference victory on Saturday afternoon, as they beat Pitt-Bradford, 90-56. They improved to 8-7 overall and 5-5 in AMCC competition.

Julian Stover (Washington, DC, Richard Montgomery) both led the Mounties with 24 points. Christian went 7-13 from the floor and Stover went 7-9.

Enoch Quarcoo (Eastbourne, England) led the Mounties on the boards, with nine rebounds in 20 minutes off the bench.

Trent McErlane (Greenville, PA, Greenville) had an impressive five assists with no turnovers to lead Mount Aloysius in that category.
- Nick Carmichael led the Panthers in scoring, with 19 points. Dylan Meyer grabbed seven rebounds.
How it Happened
- Mount Aloysius got out to a quick start scoring the first eight points of the game before the Panthers were able to attempt a shot. Following the hot start, the Mounties never looked back.
- The Mounties slowly stretched the lead throughout the half, capped by a McErlane three pointer right before the end of the half. The basket put the Mounties up 18, their biggest lead of the period.
- UPB started the second half by cutting into the deficit, trimming the lead to 13, just over four minutes into the half.
- Mount Aloysius went on an 11-0 run to push the lead to 24. The closest the Panthers would get the rest of the game was 22.
- The Mounties biggest lead was 35 during the game, which came twice in the second half.
