CRESSON, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Men's Soccer team finished their regular season with a victory, on Tuesday, as they beat Penn State Altoona, 4-2.

- Four different Mounties scored a goal. Ciaran Corr scored twice for Penn State Altoona.

Tucker Hays (Watsontown, PA, Warrior Run) led the Mounties with three saves. Tomy Packevicz had a game-high, 10 saves for the Lions.

Tevin Beadle (Kingston, Jamaica, St. George's College) scored the first Mountie goal, in the 17th minute. He dribbled through the Lion defense to finish with a great shot past the keeper, giving them a 1-0 lead.

Louis Vivier (Bordeaux, France, Lycée Gustave Eiffel) scored his fifth goal of the season, to extend the Mountie lead to 2-0. He took a one-touch shot after receiving a pass into the box from
Lachie Back (Gordon, Australia, St. Piux X College).
- Mount Aloysius forced Packevicz to make five more saves in the half, but went into the locker room ahead, 2-0.
- Just a minute into the second half, Penn State Altoona scored their first goal on a penalty kick, cutting the Mountie lead in half.
- The Mounties responded less than a minute later, with a goal by
Juan Camacho (Ibaque, Colombia, San Bonifacio de las Lanzas). He scored his eight goal of the season on a pass from
Logan Walerysiak (Johnstown, PA, Conemaugh Township).
- Penn State Altoona would again cut the lead to one goal, when Corr scored on a header in the 80th minute, making the game 3-2.
- Again, Mount Aloysius responded less than a minute later, whenÂ
Colby Snyder (Hagerstown, MD, Washington County Technical) slipped a penalty kick past the Lion goalie, for the final goal of the game. Mount Aloysius would end the game, ahead 4-2.

- Mount Aloysius held a significant advantage in scoring opportunities. They attempted three times as many shots as the Lions (24-8) and almost three times the number of shots on goal (14-5).
