CRESSON, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Women's Volleyball team closed out the regular season, on Saturday, when they hosted Penn State Behrend. They dropped the match to the Lions, in straight sets.

Hannah Atzeni (Sligo, PA, Union) dished out nine assists for the Mounties.
How It Happened
- Mount Aloysius started the match strong, scoring seven of the first nine points. They held a 9-4 lead before six straight points from the Lions gave them a 10-9 lead.
- Penn State Behrend gradually stretched their lead, leading by as many as five points, 20-15. The Mounties held strong but were unable to get the lead back, falling 25-21.
- Set number two did not go well for the Mounties. They only scored consecutive points on two occasions, dropping the set 25-10.
- The third set did not start well either, as the Mounties fell behind 11-2. The Lions kept the Mounties at a distance, winning the final set 25-13.
Into the Box Score
- Penn State Behrend held significant advantages in most categories. They had a 43-22 advantage in kills and also out hit the Mounties .376 to .122.
- During the second set, Penn State Behrend had 13 kills and no errors, for an impressive .619 hitting percentage.
