CRESSON, Pa. -- The Mount Aloysius Men's Volleyball Team fell to both Hiram College and Medaille College, in the two games of their first home AMCC Tri-Match. The tri-match saw the Terriers beat the Mavericks, in the second game of the day, as well.

Andrew Wlodarczyk (East Aurora, N.Y., East Aurora) led the Mounties with ten total kills, eight of which came in Game Two against Hiram.

Benjamin Park (Firth, Idaho, Firth) had 19 assists on the day, with a team-high, 14 assists, in Game Two. Park also led the Mounties with 15 digs between the two contests.
How It Happened
Game 1
- Mount Aloysius held tough in the first set, going back and forth with Medaille, taking a 13-12 lead midway through the set. Medaille scored 13 of the final 14 points, besting the Mounties, 25-14.
- In set two, the Mounties again started well, but let runs of four points, five points, and six points, push the Mavericks ahead, giving them the set, 25-15.
- During the final set, Medaille jumped ahead 11-3 and never looked back. The finished off the Mounties, 25-10.
Game 2
- Set one of the second game felt familiar, as the Mounties kept it close, down 16-13. Hiram then scored nine of the last 12 points, winning the set, 25-16.
- Mount Aloysius jumped out quick in the second set, building a solid 11-8 lead. The Terriers scored ten of the next 11 points and put the Mounties down, 25-15.
- In the third and final set, Mount Aloysius showed a lot of fight. They jumped ahead early, 8-4, before giving up a lead and going down 22-15. Mount Aloysius did score four of the next five points, but it was too little, too late, as the Terriers scored the final two, giving them a 25-19 win in the set.
Into the Box Score
- Mount Aloysius had their best htting game against Hiram, as they hit .025, with a total of 22 kills.
- The Mounties had six different players register a kill in Game Two, with all six players having at least two each.
