CRESSON, Pa. — Mount Aloysius rallied behind a dominant performance from Senique Jenkins (Columbus, Ohio, Imani Christian ) but came up short in a high-scoring 94–85 loss on Thursday night at the Athletic Convocation & Wellness Center.

Jenkins powered the Mounties with 20 points and 13 rebounds, controlling the paint and sparking several second-half pushes. Troy Tinch (Baltimore, Md., Calvert Hall) added 24 points, attacking the lane throughout the night, while Donovan Bass-Briscoe (Alexandria, Va., Hayfield) delivered 18 points on efficient shooting to keep Mount Aloysius within striking distance.

The Mounties trailed 39–35 at halftime but shot over 51% in the second half, closing the gap multiple times. Each time Mount Aloysius threatened, however, the visitors answered with timely outside shooting. Despite the setback, the Mounties outscored the opponents 34–18 in the paint and got key energy from their bench, including nine points from Fin Hutchison (Murrysville, Pa., Franklin Regional) and six from Iago Rimoldi (Granada, Spain, CBA Academy).
