CRESSON, Pa. — Mount Aloysius earned its first win of the season Monday night, rolling past Wilson 79–58 at the Athletic Convocation & Wellness Center.

The Mounties set the tone early, building a steady lead behind efficient perimeter shooting and balanced scoring. Annalyn Isaacs (Harmony, Pa., Mars) led the way with 14 points, knocking down four threes, while Molly Kosmack (Homer City, Pa., Homer-Center) delivered a dominant night on the glass with 13 rebounds to go with 11 points. Brionna Brown (Cranberry Township, Pa., Seneca Valley) and Mackenzie Barr (Pittsburgh, Pa., Shaler) each added 10 points, and Masie Reed (Shamokin, Pa., Our Lady of Lourdes) directed the offense with a team-high 7 assists.

Mount Aloysius knocked down 10 threes and shot 50 percent from the floor overall, using crisp ball movement to create open looks while controlling the boards 39–37. The Mounties' depth made a major impact as well, with 32 bench points fueling the offensive rhythm.

Defensively, Mount Aloysius held Wilson to 27 percent shooting and forced 18 turnovers, turning those into 11 points on the other end.

The win moves Mount Aloysius to 1–4 on the season.
