Harrisburg, PA - On Sunday evening, Mounties Men's Soccer hit the road for their first away game of 2025. They were victorious over the Penn State-Harrisburg Lions by the score of 1-0.Â
Gonzalo Terricabris (Catalonia, Spain, Garbi Pere Verges)Â provided the difference early, finding the back of the net just five minutes into the match to give the Mounties the lead. The goal was Terricabris's second of the season; tied with Joel Martinez (Madrid, Spain, Putnam Science Academy)Â for most on the team. The defense did the rest, keeping the Lions off the board to secure the shutout win.
Despite being on the back foot in shot totals, they made the early chance count. The Mounties registered just two shots compared to Penn State Harrisburg's five.
The Mounties will stay on the road for their next matchup on Friday @ Juniata College. Kickoff is 5 PM.Â
